Beautiful sea life print smocked dress. This stunning dress is hand smocked from the waist to the shoulder with coordinating colours within the fabric, this intricate detailing includes pearls throughout the smock, to give a real sea theme. The theme of this dress is sea life as we have turtles and coral throughout the fabric. To add some extra  decadence we have added two carefully placed bows at the top of the waist. This dress comes fully lined and fitted with a 3 layer petticoat, to ensure princess feel volume.
